Kick-off meeting
Consulting Package 1 aims to create your automation roadmap. For this purpose, we start on the first day with a kick-off meeting in which this milestone is defined together with you and under consideration of individual parameters.
Factory tour
The plant tour through your production serves to understand your local conditions such as areas, safety routes, emergency exits and to obtain an overview of the plant locations.
Analysis of the initial situation
On the basis of the goals defined in the kick-off meeting and by inspecting the production environments, our specialists from the fields of automation technology, design, image processing and laser technology will identify your optimization potential.
Automation Roadmap
At the end of the first day, you will receive an overview of the automation potentials for optimizing your value creation process in the form of an automation roadmap.
Automation project selection
On the basis of your production data, we determine the necessary parameters for drawing up a rough concept for implementing the automation project you have selected. Following the second day, we will send you a project plan incl. of a target price and the envisaged implementation period.
